By clicking "I Agree", registering an account, or logging in via OTP (One-Time Password), the Professional ("Doctor/Staff") enters into a legally binding contract with HIRE MEDICOZ ("Platform") under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

This document governs the relationship between Hire Medicoz and the Healthcare Institution.
Hire Medicoz ("Platform") provides recruitment facilitation, staffing coordination, and workforce management. The Platform acts as a facilitator and is not the legal employer of the professionals provided.
The Employer agrees to the following non-negotiable commission model based on the professional's gross remuneration:
The Employer shall not directly hire or negotiate with any candidate introduced by the Platform for a period of 12 months from the date of introduction.
Violation Penalty: ₹5,00,000 or 30% of the candidate's annualized salary (whichever is higher), plus legal costs.
Hire Medicoz is not liable for medical negligence, patient disputes, or regulatory penalties. Clinical supervision and workplace safety are the sole responsibility of the Employer.
All hospital engagements and payments must be routed through the Hire Medicoz Platform. Direct arrangements with institutions introduced via the Platform are strictly prohibited.
Acceptance of these terms via App registration, OTP verification, or clicking "I Agree" constitutes a legally binding agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Any dispute arising shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
Jurisdiction: Courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
Either party may terminate the digital account with 30 days' notice, subject to the completion of ongoing active duties.
